Hmmm… what am I up to now? I’m not happy unless I’m outlining the next 5 years of my life and making sure I’m on track. Ha. Luckily I have a husband who likes to cease the day and can always bring me back to the here and now.
What's new?
I’m a great aunt to Jaylin Griffith, born the same day my wonderful Grandmother left this earth.
I’m pretty sure I’m getting a 4% raise, not bad for this economy, no complaints here.
We’ve torn out the flooring in the kitchen and I think I like the reddish marbled linoleum underneath – does that make me retro?
My husband likes guns – well that’s nothing new. We have a few new home protection items that make my husband feel secure, but also provide enjoyment on the weekends.
I might be moving in a few years to the lower 48, I’m thinking Utah right now, but we’ll see where we land later.
What’s not?
Well we have an upcoming vacancy in May – that’s kind of new. But it’s the same old thing – irresponsible tenants, this one a single military man.
Taxes – nothing new there, finally done and submitted.
Kitties still cuddly.
Parents still fun to be with – love to play cards with them on the weekends, trying to twist their arms for a weekend camping trip.

Thanks for the update! :-)
I lived in Utah for five years if you want any ideas. I lived in Logan, my husband lived in SLC for a while, and we both traveled to other parts of the state. We also both know quite a few people there now. :-) It's beautiful! And very conservative...
Will your mom and dad stay in Alaska??
Mom and Dad will head out of AK in a few years, we'll leave after they do - tie up all the loose ends. My company has an office in Salt Lake so that's where I'm trying to go.
I hope they come back to MI, but I know they're tired of snow lol. Were taxes as hard as they were in the past years or do you have everything together now? So when you move you'll sell the apts? That is a LOT of work - you earn every penny of anything you make. Thanks for the update and sorry for bugging you lol
Missed you!! Good to hear you've still got a plan ;)
Moving and starting things fresh is always exciting!
note about new format.... don't use yellow lol. can't read it.
